Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) host an annual company-wide event. For the 2023 event, the theme was "One World, One JLL." JLL's goal is to unify all of their regions of operation under one umbrella as opposed to having regional designations such as "JLL North America" and "JLL Asia Pacific." The event celebrates diversity, supports equality and inclusion for all employees, and advances JLL's efforts to unify their global workforce. "One World, One JLL" represents the company's commitment to bringing together people from all walks of life and creating a more inclusive workplace.
